Took them 22hrs to respond after I paid for a consultation for a toothache late on a Friday night before leaving for a cruise. I found a different company who responded in 5 minutes the next morning. Then requested a refund from CareMD repeatedly via chat which was ignored. Then 22 hrs later I magically get an email that they sent a prescription for me. It was too late for me to use the prescription and had already been seen and treated by better company.

Refund my money please don’t deal with this company they are dirty . Stealing people money and never sends prescription horrible attitude.

Did not get my prescription ever. no waiting list or any info even when I talk to support. You took my money without warning me of delays or push backs on prescription. what you are doing is criminal, and you shouldn't mess with people's health.

They really are a scam. I did the consultation and paid the $39.00 just to get an email saying “we’ll send you an email letting you know when you your prescription is ready in just a few hours. I assumed I would be talking to a doctor BEFORE I could even get a prescription. I tried to call the number their website gives you for any concerns and i’ve just been getting the same automated message “currently busy with other customers, text this number for help.” Then after about a minute and a half it just says good bye and hangs up. Okay, well I texted that number and was texted back saying “it takes 2-4 hours to get an email back.” WHO WANTS TO WAIT AT LEAST 2 HOURS WHEN THEY DON’T FEEL GOOD?? Don’t waste your money. Find an online doctor who ACTUALLY cares about you.

I have used The Care MD a few times, the first two experiences were good, my most recent was not. After a simple request for a prescription refill I am a week out, with no refill and a charge on my bank account that was not removed. I have contacted them several times, only to be ignored until I mentioned that I would dispute the charge and leave a negative review. They say I have not paid, which clearly my bank account makes it obvious that I have. I will not use them again. There are more reputable telehealth options available. Beware if you choose to deal with them.

They were easy to deal with until they got my money. I was supposed to have a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. I waited two hours when they told me it only takes 30 minutes. The pharmacy never got the prescription. I contacted customer service, and they seemed annoyed I was checking after nothing was sent to the pharmacy after 4 hours. They just kept saying it was sent and to contact my pharmacy. They refused to retransmit blaming the pharmacy. I requested a refund and they said they do not offer refunds and to call my pharmacy one more time. Surpise, they still did not send it. When i called back it just goes to a recorded message saying they are unavailable. I tried from another number and got through to customer service which still was no help. Scam so when you call customer service and ask for a refund they restrict your number so it just goes to the recorded message.

I highly suggest you go somewhere else for you prescriptions and your medical advice. They said 2-4 hours and it’s been 8 hours and I haven’t received a single thing. I’m filing fraud with my bank. Stay away from this company they will take your money.

I tries to get a refund before my scripts were called in as I realized they were taking too long and my pharmacy would be closed. It took 15 minutes to even get a response. They promised to look into "ASAP", but instead ghosted me until after my pharmacy closed. Then they just called in the scripts purposefully to prevent me from getting my requested refund. They knew all of this as I was quite communicative. So now I will continue suffering with dental pain and infection until tomorrow defeating the entire purpose of contacting them. Don't get fleeced like I did. Avoid this site!.
