I was told that a prescription would be ready in two hours. After 5 hours and the pharmacy closing, I still had no answer or response. They were able to take my money but not follow through with any treatment.

I tried to get meds for a UTI. The questionnaire from their website asks if had you have kidney infection and there is no option to select N/A. I tried their chat support and the representative 'John' kept playing dumb and didn't help at all. Waste of time. Whoever this company is hiring as a website developer and customer support is scamming them

Paid for service and never got a follow through except for three hours later. I thought I had an upper respiratory infection and stated that in the past, I used a Zpak. After not hearing back from them, I use another service provider through my insurance company and the physician I spoke with said that Z-Pak is not the right anabiotic for my health issue. I never spoke to a doctor at care MD. They simply took my money and sent a prescription without even discussing my health issue with me. I didn’t even know the prescription was at my pharmacy until after I’ve already picked up the correct prescription for my illness. Is this even legal?

This company is a SCAM!!!! Run! We reached out to the company to obtain a prescription for an antibiotic for my husband for a gum infection. I read the refund policy about no refund after the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. I had no problem with it as I knew we were going to use the antibiotics. What could go wrong? What is not in the fine print, my friends, is that they will send the prescription to the pharmacy with no physician signature, therefore you are unable to get your prescription. But they will not give you a refund because "they sent the prescription to the pharmacy" there is no way to get a hold of them unless you email or text but they will tell you to call the number. When you call the number it says they are busy assisting other customers and to text - they don't let you stay on the line and wait...no because they don't want to talk to you. I requested a refund and they ask me for an address of a DIFFERENT pharmacy to send it to. WHAT?!?! Why would this matter? I told them to send to my pharmacy with a signed prescription. They promised they would "ASAP" and nothing happened after. This company is a complete scam and should not be operating.

I gave them my money and my request first thing in the morning they jerk me around all day long and said they were sending in my script right when the pharmacy was closing and when I complain, they said they were gonna send it. Somebody from David customer service told me why after lie after lie. I would highly not recommend using them at all.

I would give them less if I could. Paid them and never heard back from them. It says offices are open but no answer. All communication stopped after I paid. Never got prescription I needed. I also feel all these good reviews were paid for by Caremd.

Don’t even think about considering using this company if you are in severe pain as I am and as I have been for at least 12 hours. I paid for their services at lunch today and it is now 5:33 and I haven’t heard a word back from them. They took my money and then went silent on me. Who or what kind of a business would do someone in such a way? I’ll tell you what kind! The kind that doesn’t care about their patients needs yet instead only cares about taking their hard earned money. I hope that it catches up with them and they go out of business as they should. Oh my God I am hurting so bad and caremd couldn’t care less. I’ve sent so many messages and now I’m to the point that I’ve asked on several occasions to please just give me my money back and like I said, they’ve went silent and won’t answer to any of my messages. What a horrible horrible company caredmd is. Stay away people. They do not provide their customers with any services after you have paid them and I hope they burn in hell.

I was hestlitant but in a bind (the dreaded weekend tooth pain encounter), and saw decent over-all review scores elsewhere. After 3 hours, my pharmacy had still not received the prescription. I contacted them via chat, letting them know and that Walgreens closes at 6pm. Their automated chat bot asked for patience and that it would be over ASAP. It's now 6 hours out, still no script. Walgreens is now closing. Their charge to my card is still pending, so I have made an attempt to block the charge. Will dispute immediately if it does clear. Apparently they lost their BBB accreditation? Seems like they were once reputable but no longer... ETA: I waited 24 hours, still no script. Wouldn't you know, it suddenly submitted right after I filed a dispute with my bank...
