Sent my prescription to some random pharmacy that did not even carry the medication I needed. I asked the over and over and over to please send it to the pharmacy I had initially asked them to and it never happened. Iy was so frustrating and ridiculous I just quit trying. Not worth the headache or the amount of time spent on the phone asking them to fix their mistakes

I spoke with John yesterday online and I'm still waiting for a response, I don't recommend Care MD. My experience was a BIG waste of time

My experience was horrible. They dropped the ball in ordering my prescription. The pharmacy I originally put down would have closed by the time they put in the order. I changed the pharmacy with the person in their chat. It still went to the original asked them to delete it and order it to the updated one. It didn't happen. I stayed in pain thru out the night. Then went to pick up the prescription they didn't send me the pain meds were not ordered. Had to wait for that another 8 hours. Luckily my mother had some of hers left over that helped. I asked for a doctor's note they said they will get it to me that in a little bit. Texted them multiple time at which point they stopped responding (have text to prove my claims). I called them and started pressing numbers to get anyone on the phone otherwise you get a message that all reps are busy and to text them. He promised that I would have something from them by 9. He said they couldn't do notes which doesn't make sense if they are giving out prescription they can do notes to verify that a patient contacted them for the symptoms in the consultation. In the end that promise was BS as well. If it is an emergency I would not rely on these people to come thru. I threatened them with this review so o made good on my promise. Thank you and hope you never need there service I would look for others witch are better and respond faster with a better outcome.

Wow! I cancelled this request and was billed anyway. No responses by email, chat, text or phone. Stay far away

They will take the money and not answer or render service. I do not suggest anyone use this service. They are con artists. If you are ripped off, report to your state's consumer fraud department and to the BBB so that this company gets shut down. It is absolutely shameful and disgusting when people exploit people seeking medical treatment.

They’re truly awful and scammers,, no one has been responding to me trying to get my refund and I’m so pissed don’t waste your money. Their customer service SUCKS

What went wrong is tooth pain and it’s been 3 days they send prescription to wrong pharmacy and a I’ll waiting for them to send it to right place .

Have infection in my gums. Called CAREMD Saturday at 10:12 in the morning. Left a message as instructed. Went to urgent care for antibiotics on Monday. It is 6:40pm on Wednesday and still no call from CAREMD
