The company claims to have "same day prescriptions" within 6 hours for certain concerns. However, that is not true. I did an intake form Monday at 10 am. By 10 pm on Monday I went to chat to check on why nothing had been done (except my payment being processed of course). Chat indicated they were closed so I left a message. No reply (and chat still closed) all day Tuesday. No phone number that is in service listed anywhere. Took to social media where I saw the last several reviews all said the same thing and most never did get their RX. I reached out again via FB chat and email and no reply. Wednesday afternoon after my bank contacted them regarding my dispute they sent in the RX. You shouldn't say same day if it's 3 days and I shouldn't have to jump through flaming hoops and file a charge back to get my RX I paid for.

literal scam. i was too late, i already paid and then when "john" was being sketchy af, i started looking up reviews. the most unprofessional c*nt on the planet tbh. i closed the card i gave them and i'm going to dispute it asap. i asked "john" for a refund and he told me to just please wait, and i said NAAAh and kept asking for one. then he started ignoring me. so i opened a new chat and he immediately responded thinking i was another person he could scam lol. HOURS after i asked for a refund and "john" told me they were working on it, a "doctor" finally contacted me and said they sent my prescription lmaoooo. and then they texted me to ask my weight and keep copy and pasting, "We are so sorry to hear that your experience with our company has not met your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are truly sorry that wasn't demonstrated to you. While we'd love the opportunity to regain your trust, we understand how frustrated you must be. Our deepest apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you. Your feedback will be shared with our staff and use it to provide better customer assistance moving forward. Please let us know if you have any additional questions, concerns, or comments, or if we may be of assistance at any point in the future." bc i keep asking for a refund lmao. i complained enough that they are claiming (again) i will receive a refund. we’ll see! :)

ZERO STARS. Had a toothache abroad, was prescribed amoxicillin but the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy. They wouldn’t call the pharmacy, no answer on the phone, and the prescription was 100% never sent. This is 100% a scam. They take your money, prescribe you something, then never actually follow up sending a prescription.

Definitely not what they used to be. I submitted a consult over 5 hours ago and I’ve not heard back from them. This is suppose to be a better alternative than urgent care. I’ve never waited anywhere for 5 hours! Especially not for my health. Customer service is the biggest joke, If they’re busy or couldn’t get to my case they should’ve reached out. I’m fighting now for a refund I’m struggling to get. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THEM WITH MY HEALTH!

Scam! It should have been a red flag when weight wasn't requested which is needed for dosage. Asked Y or N if you have a drug allergy, but no place to state what the drug allergy is. 4 hours after ordering, used the chat & requested a status. Was told it's in review now & will have med called in very soon. 2 days later nothing. No email, no text, no call, no prescription. They made sure to get their $39 though.

Took my $ said they sent a prescription in and never did, I’ve tried contacting someone just to get the run around then with in 10 min got no responses ever again, crap people that prey on peoples need for meds

Absolutely criminal care. I submitted and PAID for a consultation. I was told I would get my script by the end of the day. It's now 1 1/2 hours past the end of the day and I haven't heard a thing. I called the number on the website and they said to text some sketchy number which I did, but never heard back. Worst telehealth experience EVER.

STAY AWAY. SCAM. Wish I had listened to reviews before losing $40. They said it would be about 2 hours. So after 3 I reached out, they stated that it takes about 2-3 hours so any minute now. The guy then sent a message saying “but there are tech difficulties” then immediately closed the chat. Almost like trying to cover himself? Weird. So another 2 hours went by. They wouldn’t answer my chat then, so I called and it doesn’t ring just an auto message saying they are helping others. So I texted their number, then they said it was sent over, that they would email me again to “wait some time” and when I asked how much time all I got was that they were “updating their systems” I told them I felt uncomfortable that it felt like a scam, then they completely ignored me after that. Another day later and no service rendered and they took my money. Reported to BBB.
