I honestly thought this was a scam and am shocked I received my prescription. When completing the consult it was estimated my wait time would be 4-6 hours. I contacted customer service after waiting approximately 10 hours. I was told to be patient, the doctor was reviewing my information now, and I'd get my prescription any moment. Well that didn't happen. I continued to wait HOURS until I finally received my prescription. I'm not sure the point of customer service if they aren't even going to be honest with you, a paying customer. I would have cancelled the order and requested a refund but had no faith that process would be any smoother. Very disappointed in CareMD. I didn't give zero stars because I did eventually get my medicine. Overall, totally not worth the hassle.

I paid for consultation..waited 24 hrs geard NOTHING.. tried to contact CareMD no response.. At this point I just want a refund.. They took my payment then nothing.

This is a SCAM!! Do NOT use this company!!!!! They will steal your money and give you no meds.

I have had a terrible experience. They state that you can get a refund as long as they have not sent your rx to your pharmacy. I requested a refund, because a different doc was going to send a rx in for me. I received a chat that the dr was sending my rx in righ then, so they could not do that. I said, ok, I understood. It has now been 14 hrs, no rx. I told the other dr not to send my rx, I had it taken care of and now I am stuck. I reached out an hour later and got the EXACT SAME MESSAGE! word for word! A canned response! They will lie to you to keep your business. That goes against their terms of use. I am still stuck with no treatment and now it is the weekend and I cannot get in touch with anyone! Unethical way to practice medicine!!! Do not use this company!!!!

They sent the meds but the CVS pharmacy doesn't take the dr so I have no medication. Told them to refund my money and said they wouldn't. I did everything I was supposed to and no help. What a scam,don't do it no phone number to call just text.scam.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. Pathetic at best. I only needed my insulin refilled and they are so damn lazy they wont even call the pharmacy to verify my current prescription. All I had was my lantus pen box which I sent the picture. They still took my 40 dollars though for doing nothing

They called in a prescription for a medication that would have conflicted with another medication I informed them I was on. My pharmacy called them and the phone number wasn't valid. I e mailed with "David" for 48 hours. I was never given a valid prescription and was told not refund would be issued. SCAM!

I went for help because of an ear problem, I thought I had an ear infection. They day after I filled out the forms, I started receiving spam emails and texts. This is the only place I had given my email and phone number to in awhile. When I tried to contact then over selling my information, they wanted my name and birthday again! The theft never stops with those people.
