Lousy experience. I went through the whole process of my consultation and what not and I understood they had a huge demand and orders. They said it could be up to 4 to 6hrs. It came around to 3pm, nothing, they said try again in a hour or 2, nothing. Then they said try at the end of the day at the pharmacy and nothing and said it should be there first thing in the morning. Next day came and it's still the same nothing. I was having to call to see if the order went through and came up with nothing. I got frustrated and used CallOnDoc online services, and got my medicine within a hour. CareMD is terrible!

I would give less however there is no way to. I put in my request 1:30pm PST and 8hrs later they were closed for the night and now movement on my case. I sent an email and the next morning at 6:10am PST. Of course my pharmacy has not received any notification from this company on an RX. I have contacted my pharmacy 3 times and emailed numerous emails to CareMD about this issue. I keep getting a canned check with a real person on the pharmacy and we will try to re-send the RX if they do not have a record. it is now 4hrs later and still no resolution and now they want me to provide another pharmacy because their provider is busy and can not call the Rx into my pharmacy. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT USE CAREMD. THEY ARE THEIVES.

Did not receive my prescription in the 2 hours they advertise. Once I was tired of waiting and tried to contact them via phone and chat. The phone number says nobody available and offers a number to text. The Chat feature didn't respond either. I did finally get a response via email and low and behold my script was then filled AFTER I requested to cancel due to poor service. So of course now they are stating they cannot cancel because the script was sent. THIEVES!!!!!!

Don’t use them!! They gave me the run around for 3 days and never even sent my prescription to the pharmacy. Then they refused a refund until I threatened legal action. I could have ended up with a kidney infection as a result of their negligence. They should have should have their license revoked. Edit: regarding the person who said “Don’t buy the negative reviews.” Believe me they got lucky. I checked out BBB to file a complaint and there are TONS of complaints that say the same thing. This company is a win some/ lose some scenario and when your dealing with people’s health and medication, that’s not good enough. There are other telehealth companies that are far more reliable and won’t put your health at risk. This company is a class action waiting to happen.

Ordered a prescription, which wouldn't make it to the pharmacy on time, because they were "backlogged". I tried to cancel and kept getting the same message "were sorry, thank you for your patience". Then they sent the prescription the next day, too late! I filed a BBB complaint, they respond and say they are going to refund, only to recant a month later, and state that since they sent the prescription, they won't issue the refund. This is a rip off! They should be ashamed of themselves and need to be reported!

Absolutely terrible service. Read their reviews. Never received my prescription. It's now 12 hours later and the weekend. I have to go to er now.

Hope you are not in pain, 10 hours later still nothing. Not happy at all!

If I could give lower I would ordered something for mouth pain and 14 hours no medication I will never deal with this company again sad and sorry
