This company is terrible. Weekend request on a Friday evening there was no consult call text video and they sent med straight to pharmacy without consult and patient needed cough and throat prescription alongside of what they prescribed. You would’ve known out of Dr professionalism to talk to your patient. This still has not been handled it’s been over 16 hours. Going to other medical forums and social media platforms as well around this dis-service 😡

Wrong form of prescription sent even though specified liquid form,tablet form sent to pharmacy. Doctor's note came almost 12 hours later as well as correct medicine after pharmacy was closed

If I could give this company a 0 I would! This has been the worst experience I have ever had. What was supposed to be 2 hours now it has been 7 hours and still no prescription. I sent 3 chats and no reply. I called the phone number and a recording said to text. I text and they ask for your personal information. When I put the prescription request in it said I would be able to get a refund if I requested before the prescription was called in. I text requesting and no reply. I would not ever ever, ever refer this place or use it ever again! Such a scam!

These people are frauds do not use them!! After 3 weeks still haven't received a refund no medication I found out they were frauds within the first 48 hours when I didn't receive any meds and their support service was operated by unprofessional illiterate bots that have no interest or care for you or your problems .. .it's now been weeks and I haven't received my refund. These people are thieves and trust me I will be pursuing these weirdos in court.

I signed up with careMD for antibiotics to address a tooth infection. After 6 hrs still no prescription and was asked to be patient. After 8 hrs still nothing and it was now the end of day. I had to ask multiple times for a refund as the customer service rep kept asking me to be patient rather than refund me the money. They then finally told me they processed my refund but only after I got upset and insisted. Then I asked for a email receipt and was ignored. I was told it would arrive 5-7 business days because of the banks but they ignored my questioning not receiving proof of refund. Now it is the 26th and not only have I still not recieved my refund but they ignored my inquiries until I threatened to post the thread. Now they are stalling again saying they are looking into it and will get back to me. Still no refund, still no receipt of refund.
