My pharmacy won’t take the prescription they called in since there is no Dr name attached to it, only a physician assistant. I contacted them asking them to get a Dr name. They emailed me back asking for a different pharmacy. I explained again )only via email since there is no response on their text feature or phone calls!!) and the only response was to not even address my concerns and just repeat ask for another pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy near me and I get a discount at this pharmacy. I explained this via email but they said nothing and just repeated exactly what they said before. Terrible service! I can’t use the limited Rx they only provide.

You sent in the wrong milligram prescription

I didn't read these reviews before using CareMD. I wish I had or I wouldn't have initiated my transaction with them. Wherever they are it was 6:34 here and 11:34 there. Are they even in the United States. Omg I probably should have used the site I previously used for my toothache. They haven't called in my prescription yet but they have already taken the money. If I don't receive my prescription I will report them to the BBB, because I plan to request a refund. UPDATE: I never recieved my prescription and requested a refund, I recieved one response asking me to give them time. It was to be filled in at least 2 hours but it never happened. I sent another email and requested a refund again and I didn't recieve a response this time. So I will be complaining to the BBB. I should have stuck with Dr. Alexis with them I recieved my prescription in like 15 minutes. Cheap is not always better. I wish I had read these reviews first.

Took days to get a prescription. I had to use DoctorAlexa in order to get a same day prescription. Do NOT recommend. If you are in pain you can't wait days to get a dental antibiotic.

Run… don’t sit and wait. Completed the online consult 16 hours later still waiting! No one is answering my chats or e-mails! Last communication I had with them was that it would be completed momentarily - never was!

As near as I can tell they're completely fake and any positive reviews are complete lies. The phone number just connects you to a mailbox that is full. The automated chat just repeats your messages and it claims it's going to have somebody reach out to you and doesn't. There was no online consult, and this company is completely and utterly fake and they will steal your money.

Had to file a dispute just to get my refund back. Customer service unprofessional. Seemed sketchy from the start. Would not recommend you do business with this company.

The doctor called in a prescription I said I was allergic to. It's now been 14 hours later and I still don't have a new script or any additional call back. But they sure processed my payment
