The price and customer service were ok but the cabinets are like two toned. The country ginger i ordered were pretty around the edges but the rest of the cabinet is a much lighter color. Tried to return but I was a no go. Also there is a $275 shipping charge. My cabinet installer needed more molding but I'm not paying for that with a $275 charge for delivery. I suppose you really do get what you pay for which in this case isn't too much. At least I have cabinets and that is the best I can say.

Regarding the Country Ginger cabinets, please note that this is a natural wood product. Variations in color are normal and occur due to how the wood absorbs stain differently across grains and sections. This is part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of real wood, and unfortunately not something we can control. In terms of the $275 delivery fee, that was for a local delivery from our Burbank facility to Moreno Valley (approximately 74 miles) and included additional cabinets from a second order placed after your original kitchen was delivered for FREE. This was not a UPS charge, and it was never quoted as such. We did not provide a shipping quote for the crown molding separately, and if we were to send just that via UPS, the cost would be significantly lower than the $275 you're referencing. We always encourage our customers to double-check all accessory needs before completing the initial order, as secondary shipments do incur additional delivery fees. Our customer service is rated among the highest in the industry because we truly care and do our best to support our customers, but we also strive to be fair on both sides. We’d be happy to discuss this further with you directly.
