Decent cabinets but with some flaws and headaches
We've had these cabinets for about 18 months now, and we really like the overall look of the shaker white style. The draw mechanisms work wonderfully and having large drawers instead of doors with shelves inside has been a tremendous change. We also really like the spice pull out cabinet. Our initial experience was very good and very easy, but some trouble started when we received our order. Several of the pieces were damaged when they arrived, some had holes drilled in the wrong places (didn't match up with hinge hardware), and there were a couple of cabinets we didn't receive or received the wrong item. It took several phone calls and emails and me uploading photos of damage to get this resolved and have the proper ones shipped. One thing I don't like is there is no warranty especially on the white cabinets - from the time we opened the boxes there were some minor flaws in the white coating, and after only a month or two of use there was some minor flaking and hairline cracking. I think these are pretty good overall for the money spent, we definitely saved a lot over going with the big box retailer and installed ourselves. The hinges were VERY difficult to figure out and came with little or no instructions.

We work with UPS freight closely and try to minimize damages during delivery as much as possible by packaging the pallets properly, however, sometime damages do happen.
