Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, Megan. We are pleased to hear that you found our ordering service satisfactory. However, we regret to hear about the condition of the packages upon delivery. We have received the pictures from you. Some of the boxes do have cardboard tears and damages on the surface and we are hopeful the components inside will be in good condition. While we put immense effort into ensuring that our products are packaged in the best possible manner, the handling by the freight company during transit is unfortunately out of our control. We genuinely understand your concerns. Please know that The Cabinet Spot stands behind the quality of our products and we are here to support you. If, upon opening the boxes before installation, you discover any damages, please reach out to us with the pictures, and we will ensure prompt replacement of the affected items. Thank you for your understanding and trust in us. We strive to make every aspect of your experience a positive one, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any further questions or concerns The Cabinet Spot Team
