Charged me interest on a closed account- but I have to now update this survey based off the wonderful customer service I just received. I was contacted personally from a rep and it was explained to me that the interest should have not been charged based off a system error. The rep name was Jeremy and he explained they would not be charging my checking account the $6.47 that I agreed too the day before. He informed me that there will be no negative reporting on my credit report and assured me my account was officially closed - paid in full. This was the highlight of my day and I really appreciated the over and beyond service even for the amount of $6.47. Good job Build card keep up the great service!
