I was having trouble getting my new card activated. I have had the build card for several years and apparently when you changed banks, my old card became inactive. I called about it when I tried to use it and dealt with a terrible rep that kept asking me the same questions. I honestly became very irritated and finally yelled at her to just send me a new card!! Luckily when I received that card and made the call to activate it, the delightful rep Brandy was beyond helpful and even asked if I wanted to up my credit limit!! It was a wonderful breath of fresh air dealing with her. Thank you so much

The representative I spoke with was excellent

The young lady was very polite n even let me know im due for a credit line increase wished me well let me pay my bill through her since the automated wasnt working n didnt charge me to do it. Such a pleasant person to deal with n speak to.

At first I was very annoyed because I was not getting anywhere. I called a 2nd time and Akisha was wonderful. Instead of just being quick to transfer me, Akisha stayed on the line and walked me through the process . Thank you!

Very helpful and helped me with more then what I called for
