Best customer service ever I can always count on them for my credit card needs

Very professional and right to the point

My customer service representative, Melanie was great! She was patient, helpful, insightful, understanding, and professional. Too bad it’s not more professionals with her skillset because it seems during this era of this pandemic, customer service representatives aren’t like Melanie whether you’re on a phone or walking into a store. She’s an asset to any organization. I wish Melanie much future success in any endeavor she decides to focus upon. -Dion Franklin

The agent was very very helpful

Had a small issue where I made my payment but looked at the amount wrong and shorted it by $5. This caused me to receive a late payment fee. However after calling and talking with a very nice gentleman in customer service, I explained what happened and he removed the late payment fee. Thank you so much!!!
