I called to pay off any balance I had…
I called to pay off any balance I had and rep, Jackie Rose, was very nice and helpful in closing the account as I requested. . I must let you know that when I call in every month to pay per phone the long drawn out process to pay a payment is grueling and I have no time for the information requested over and over again. I have many cards and none of them ask so many repetitive questions just to make a payment.
