The Brot BoxReviews of thebrotbox.com

Nothing special. Any bread from Whole Foods is tastier.

Keep bread frozen. We got ours all thawed out What a waste of money because you can't refreeze bread. Boo

Having lived in Germany for over 30 years, I know what tastes original and what is just a cheap imitation. After several orders with Brotbox, I can honestly say the items I purchased were authentic and delicious. You can't beat the quality, even if in Germany!

Absolutely love the bread! Have been very pleased with the bread. It is so nice to eat real bread again. Also very happy with the customer service. I had an order not make it to my home...they took care of it immediately! Great folks to work with.

All the breads we received were delicious! Fresh baked taste as we followed the instructions. No complaints.

I bought this for a friend and she and her family loved it. The bread was so light, and tasty.

The products are great tasting and super easy to prepare. The one time my order was incorrect they immediately credited my account (or gave me the choice for a refund).

We have ordered from brot box several times now and they have never disappointed us. Their breads have all been super delicious. They are shipped extremely well and arrive in great condition. There was a time that they were out of something and they substituted it with another item but communication is very good, they emailed a packing list of what will be shipped before it shipped and we noticed our pretzels weren't on there and that we got an extra bread of one that we ordered instead, when we contacted them they reached out immediately and figured out a solution, we could wait until what we wanted was available or to go ahead and ship, we couldn't wait for that delicious bread so we opted to send the way they substituted . Overall very satisfied with Brot Box and appreciate having healthy delicious bread options again.
