Complicated
I thought that this would be something that I could do to earn extra money and learn how to blog. But it has been an arduous process with little assistance. I admit that I have been assisted. However, I can only be assisted by email which takes to long in between my inquiries and their responses. I am not a blogger and have absolutely no idea what I'm doing. The tutorials are okay, but still not enough and don't compensate for my particular learning curve. I cannot interact with the tutorial. This process has been extremely frustrating so I have not bothered to do anymore with it. I'm sure this company is okay with the fact that I have not done anything else because they have already been paid for the year. I would not recommend this blog site or process to anyone. They should consider assisting new members verbally as needed. PS...If I could give less than one star I would.

Hi there. I'm so sorry that you're feeling frustrated. Blogging can be a challenge to learn as there are many moving parts. It sounds like what you're looking for is a 1-on-1 coaching program and that is not something we can offer for $14.59 per month. Also, I'm not sure if you noticed, but we did recently partnered with Intercom to provide on-site chat/text support. It's not voice, but like I said that would not be possible at our price point. Most requests are answered in less than an hour during business hours. I would love to hear more about where you feel the tutorials are lacking so that we can make them better. Great program & fantastic support
I have no idea how to setup a blog. I tried numerous sites, but, the systems needed a lot of work from me. When I found this site, there was some great tutorials, which had me up & running in hours. I am still learning, whenever I need assistance it is only one email away. I would recommend this site to anyone, newbie or professional.

I believe in the service but feel lost in it all and need more help.
I love the idea of the service. I truly want to move forward with this idea. It sounds simple and all when explained to you but I feel like I need to take courses to go further. I haven't really gotten to know the blog press much because I feel stuck.

Hi Angie. Please let us know where you're getting stuck and we'll be happy to assist. On that note, blogging can be more involved than many people first suspect. There is a lot to learn about writing, managing a blog, social media, making money... The list goes on and on. That's why we are here to help answer all of your questions and get you pointed in the right direction. The best recommendation I have is to master one new skill at a time. Learn to write and publish content first. Then learn how to promote that content, and then lastly, figure out the money side of things. Love Blogging
This is the first time I have ever started a blog and really loving the ease of use with the site. There have been a few hiccups and and learning curves but the overall use of the site is excellent and very helpful!
