UPDATE 2024: It's criminal that Trustpilot allows these kinds of defamatory reviews, and it's a shame we have to live with this inaccurate review and the damage to our reputation that it has caused. It's an even bigger shame that Trustpilot allows this to happen. This customer either lied or is mistaken. We have proof that they were informed it would arrive by 12/21. Where they got 12/10 is beyond us, but the important part is that it is an untrue statement and is the basis for this bad review that has damaged our reputation. Trustpilot's so-called "Integrity Team" feels that this inaccurate 2-star review is a-ok, making Trustpilot complicit in defamation. =========== Customer was informed via email (as are all customers) of the estimated arrival date which was 12/21.
