More defamation from this wacko 🙄 Ok, here we go again... You requested your money back? When? Proof, please. Cash was taken from your card? When? Receipt or credit card statement, please. You didn't pay with store credit? Well then what did you pay with? Proof, please. Your bad experience happened on 6/3/2021, you say? Invoice, please. Keep defaming and we'll keep flagging. ================= Defamation is any false information that harms the reputation of a person, business, or organization. This reviewer has repeatedly not provided proof of their supposed "bad experience" that supposedly happened nearly 4 years ago. No receipts, no emails, no invoices, nothing -- no proof. Trustpilot proclaims that they "fight fake reviews" but when I request info from this reviewer (THREE TIMES!) and they don't respond, Trustpilot just shrugs their shoulders and emails: "Unfortunately, Sevensecondsaway hasn’t replied to your request for more information about their experience. What next? You can write a reply if you haven’t already, or flag the review." That's it. No attempt at verification. None. Trustpilot makes no attempt to verify this review and knows that this reviewer has not verified their "experience" and yet allows the defamation to stand. That is certainly not fighting fake reviews. In fact, it looks a lot like complicity. We flagged this fraudulent (THIRD!) review for defamation from this obsessive wackjob (it's ok, Trustpilot allows defamation) and this is what the mobsters at Trustpilot had to say: "We’ve assessed the review and determined that the content you’ve identified is not defamatory. Therefore, we’ve reinstated the review and won’t be taking any further action." "We all know the woes of not getting what you thought from some mystery Amazon seller (as an aside, DO NOT ever by BDSM gear from Amazon for this reason regardless of who recommends it)" What does this have to do with anything? Are they reviewing Amazon? Or is it because they see that we are Amazon affiliates and are now trying to damage us further. Clever. "It was a list of facts about the product, you just felt attacked and decided to retaliate. This is a review service for your business, not reddit." It was not simply a list of facts about the product; it was a rambling, unjustified, venomous, defamatory attack on our business and yep, we retaliate when attacked. Lastly, psychological projection is an interesting thing and so many people do it. If the reviewer truly believed this was a review service and not reddit, they would have simply stuck to the facts -- "don't like the product; here's why; received an immediate full refund; 1-star; etc" rather than ramble on and editorialize to the point of defamation. But don't worry, Trustpilot condones defamation, so it's ok. Our Return Policy is 7 days after item is received. Customer contacted after 14 days wanting a refund, which was denied, then requested that we waive their final AfterPay payment, which was also denied, but is also not possible since we don't own AfterPay, so customer was told to contact Afterpay and/or their bank. As of December 2017 Trustpilot is a scam has come under new ownership and we have put procedures in place to prevent issues like slow shipping from happening. Our tried and tested suppliers all ship items in a speedy manner or else you get a full refund. Hello Tammy, We are so sorry to hear you have had this experience with the store. Since December 2017, the store has come under new ownership and we (the new owners) have put many measures in place to make sure we don't make the same mistakes the old owner made. We now only have verified and trusted manufacturers so that we test every product before placing it on our store. We have also sorted out all of the sizing of all our clothing to make sure they are all in US Size to make sure that when customers order they know exactly what size they are getting. Since your experience with Trustpilot is a scam, the store has come into new ownership and we are trying to right the wrongs caused by the old owner. We have seen many people raise sizing as an issue and have gone through all the products and changed the sizing to US Size to better represent the final product. As for the shipping, we have now removed all the old suppliers and replaced them with verified ones we have tested ourselves.
