Worst company ever! Will quote you for flights, but when you ask does it include bags and seats as my family need exit row seats. They will say it is more expensive, charge you for extra fees for the seats and bags. Then start denying that was even offered, and it will be given at the gate. If it is offered at the gate, then you have to pay again. Then I got frustrated for 2 weeks fighting them for this and asking for a refund that I just went and bought my seats to ensure at least I have them, and they go and take credit for giving me those seats in the first place. Which is not correct, I bought them and showed them receipt. They also took $500 out of my account for spa stuff in Quebec. Had to call ans cancel my card. I havent used my card for anything but this. Worst company ever and will scam you. Stay away!
