The agent don't care ,only sell the tickets .I tought o get a good deal but was a huge midtake .i have to pay$280 estra for one baggage. That's no fair. I don't recomended this site. They trick me.

I would like to say that I had to fight to get my refund back from a plane ticket that I thought was legit. In order to finally get a refund I I was forced to write a positive review. I bought a ticket that I believed was the real deal but it was only a standby ticket. No where on the website was i ever informed that this is what I was buying. They then called me trying to force me to purchase a guaranteed ticket for $900.00. I felt that I was being scammed and they advertise good ticket prices and then tell you it's non refundable and want more money. I would not recommed using Thebestticketfare company. I finally got a refund after arguing with them for more than an hour. They made it look like they were being nice to me and offering a one time refund, with a but.... I had to write a good review while talking to them on the phone and then I would get my refund. This is what I did. Now that my credit card was refunded I'm changing my review to terrible company to deal with

Hi I booked with this company and called the airline to check on the booking but they couldnt find the e-ticket number. when i called the company the guy said it takes 24 hours to update the system which i feel is not true. from the many reviews i feel this site is a scam and i want a full refund. They need to be banned from trading.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I had booked with Cheap Vuelos and although there is a 3 sentence note on their page, it's misleading that they don't tell you, that their tickets are restrictive until after you have paid. I was able to apparrently get refunded (which we'll see if they follow thru) but don't recommend it if your'e looking to buying a flight where you're thinking of paying the baggage fee separately with the baggage company. Worst company ever! Will quote you for flights, but when you ask does it include bags and seats as my family need exit row seats. They will say it is more expensive, charge you for extra fees for the seats and bags. Then start denying that was even offered, and it will be given at the gate. If it is offered at the gate, then you have to pay again. Then I got frustrated for 2 weeks fighting them for this and asking for a refund that I just went and bought my seats to ensure at least I have them, and they go and take credit for giving me those seats in the first place. Which is not correct, I bought them and showed them receipt. They also took $500 out of my account for spa stuff in Quebec. Had to call ans cancel my card. I havent used my card for anything but this. Worst company ever and will scam you. Stay away!

Phil cooper told me I had to leave a good review to be refunded. Never happened. Don't use this company for anything. Return flights before departure date. Was told I'd receive a refund. Never did.
