Felix was amazing by checking in with me to make sure I received my boarding pass but he didn’t let me know my itinerary changed times or that I was on a skipping flight. I almost missed my flight. The itinerary stated I leave at 5:15 but my flight was leaving at 2:20pm. I checked in at 2pm but fortunately my flight was delayed and I made it just on time. It was very stressful!

Patricia was good and deserves a 5 but the entire experience has been terrible. I was lied to and told that I would receive my boarding passes with a review by name. This is all these people are concerned with. Of course, I didn't get the boarding passes but Patricia was able to get them after 40 minutes on the phone. Who has that kind of time???? I will NOT be using this service again but I do thank Patricia for her help.
