So far we have waited 15 days and the case is still not here. Why would anyone wait this long for a simple phone case when there are so many other places that would have it to you in a couple of days.

Hard to deal with company. Actually not responsive at all went with another wallet from their competitor. I would say buy beware of this company and it’s products. No customer service and shipping slowest I have experienced. Stay aware

I ordered this case for my wife, who saw it online and fell in love with the red case for her iPhone 12. It is a very sturdy case, offering excellent protection, easy access to phone buttons and cover protection for charging port. Speaker and microphone are not hindered, so calls are not interrupted at all. We got a fair price, free shipping and a reasonable delivery time.

This case is a total piece of s***. The second day the key ring broke off the back. Took over a month and a half for shipping. Very disappointed the case doesn't stay on the phone it's too slippery or too much silicone. I do not recommend buying this case

I unfollowed the tictok influencer that recommended this case. I received it in a timely manner but when I opened it the trouble began. It was the wrong size which doesn’t even matter because I would not trust my phone in this case! It is so cheap; the camera slide broke when I took it out of the box! Please don’t get sucked like me! Okay this was my good deed of the day!!

This company (The Armour Case) has the worst Customer ServiceI I have ever experienced. I purchased a case for my new iPhone 13 Pro Max. The color was not the color I ordered and I requested a return number for a different color which they never provided (return number). I decided to return the phone via UPS, after numerous attempts to contact them via email, for a return number to exchange the color. UPS advised me the company refused to receive package and it was returned to me. I decided to keep the case since I had already paid for it and when I opened the case to put my phone in; to my surprise, it was the wrong size for my iPhone. I tried to re-contact them via email (which is the only means of communication with this company) with no luck. Please DO NOT ORDER from this company! They are scammers!

Very disappointed in The Armour Case customer service! Emailed 3 times to exchange cases as my S20fe died before I received my case and had to buy a S22 Ultra. 2 weeks and still have not received any response! Extremely unprofessional!

It appears to be very scammy. I ordered a waterproof case and they shipped the wrong size. I told them I was dissatisfied with the look of the product in person and they told me I would receive a refund shortly. Over a month has passed by and they just stopped responding. I would never recommend this site to someone. What a big mistake and waste of money.
