The team response and customer service is excellent. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the product and they happily agreed to refund me 50% of purchase price. I am waiting for them to process my payment. They also told me that I can keep the product instead of taking 25% loss and shipping charges, which I felt was great.

Easy to return the item however the fact I needed to pay an extra charge vs just being able to make an exchange is a bit off putting.

Nice material. Fits well. Shipping was a bit lengthy, bit overall good product. One problem though... the front screen snap on plastic cover broke already when I was changing my screen protector. IS there any way to get a replacement? Samsung Z fold 5

So far, so good. What I like, seems substantial, the built in stand. The way the buttons are designed. What I don’t like, the fact that there is no protection for the camera lens, except for the rubber lip around the area. Time will tell, as evidently I am hard on things.

The Heavy Duty Case with Kickstand for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Fold 3 5G with Hinge Protector is very pretty in Gold. It fits perfectly. It seemed a little flimsy for having a "Heavy Duty" description and for the price but I haven't dropped it yet, so "heavy duty" could still hold true. It appears to be a good product, so far.

I love this Armour Case. It is stylish, sturdy and well made. My only issue was it seemed to take a little too long for shipping to occur. A shipping label was created pretty quickly but it took several days for it to actually be received by USPS. Once USPS too possession shipping went smoothly. 2 days. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. If I could've given 4.75 I would have. The case is 5 stars so don't let that little hiccup keep you from ordering an Armourcase. They are phenomenal. Thanks Bev

The case looks nice, fits well and has no problems in the first week. I like the collapsible kickstand. I am not a fan of the tracking service they use.
