DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. First it took over 3wks to get my cases and they sent me the wrong cases. I coundn't contact anyone to express my request to return the items for a refund. I sent them a email and asked for a return address and nothing. I spent $140. I ordered 2 more from Amazon and received them in 2 days. The reviews are terrible. I'm kicking myself for not reading them before I ordered.

I would never order from this company again. They do not know the meaning of customer service. I have contacted them several times about being shipped the wrong phone case. When calling the service number provided, all you get is a recording, but don't waste your time leaving a message. They will never call back. This also applies to emails. I even sent the product back with an explanation, but it was returned to me as undeliverable. Lesson learned.

The screws started to fall out after 3 weeks, unfortunately, I did not notice until 3 were gone, I contacted support they told me that they will inform R&D, but they could not replace the screws because it was not within 48hrs of me receiving the product.

Received item in about 28 days, item arrived in generic box with no instructions etc. Not happy with product quality or overall experience. Will try to return.

I paid good money ($54.95) for a new S22 Ultra case for my dad's new phone. I placed the order on 1/28/23, and as of 2/11/23, the tracking information is still only showing that a shipping label was printed on 2/4/23, but there are no status updates showing that the package is in transit to its destination. I've continued to have to apologize to my dad as he continues to have to be extra careful with his new phone that does not yet have a case. I see other reviews here where it has taken over a month for the order to arrive, and I only hope that this order gets there eventually-- otherwise I will do everything in my power to get my money back for this company being fraudulent.

Had ordered a 1,199 Rupees Galaxy S22 Cover and recieved an Iphone 13 cover which would be worth 100 rupees Max. They are cheats... avoid them.
