Hi Raymond, I am glad you loved the upgrade in water pressure. I hope your wife thinks the increase in pressure is worth the height inconvenience. You can also purchase extensions that allow the shower head to be a lot lower by the way. As far as the return policy we actually do have one! Hi Dorine, I apologize for the inconvenience the shipping time may have caused. The majority of our orders get delivered within 3-5 days but it really all depends on your location & on the carriers. Sometimes there are events that are out of control. We hope the wait was worth it! We thank you for letting us be part of upgrading your shower experience!

Hi John, We are so sorry for any confusion this may have caused. The instructions you saw were for the previous version of the Alpenforce we used to ship to customers. I have contacted out design team and it has now been updated. Thank you for your feedback! The shower head you got already has the high pressure nozzle plate installed as well as the seals. If you want to change modes all you need to do is press the button on the top right to your liking. If there is anything we can help you with don't hesitate to shoot us an email we are glad to help.
