They sent me a defective shower head and wall base. Customer service number is constantly "busy" even when calling for over an hour back-to-back on multiple days. Email support was told to call me not reply to email and over a week later writes me back instead of calling. Multiple reply emails to them with no reply to them and had to call the bank to dispute the charges. SCAM COMPANY! The company address of 4051 Freeport Pkwy #300, Grapevine, TX 76051 is an address for ShipBob a shipping company. Reviews all say the same thing most of the reviews on here say.

I ordered the shower head and the adapter hose that I bought had a huge hole it. WATER SPRAYING EVERYWHERE! I emailed them 4times! Finally got an email saying they have a ew supplier and would replace the adapter. YUP YOU GUESSED IT!! I NEVER HEARS BACK AGAIN!! ALPEN EITHER REFUND MY MONEY AND SEND THE REPLACEMENT PIECE! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!

I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for over 2 weeks now. I have sent 3 emails and called multiple times with no answer. I messaged the company thru Instagram and someone replied back saying they would be able to help me. When I explained I want to return the items as I did not like them and the hoses leak water the person in the other end stayed quiet… the message was read and it was ignored… do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else. This company is extremely unprofessional and will not answer you back if you have any concerns.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I read all these reviews. I read all the reviews on their Instagram calling them frauds and I still ordered. I placed two orders because they choose not to tell you that it doesn’t come with the connecting pieces. So I placed two back to back orders with expedited shipping. The first package was NOT expedited. The second package was never sent. Countless emails and messages and crickets. Frauds.

The hose is of poor quality, one piece is made of plastic, and is supposed to withstand water pressure. This won't last very long. The showerhead itself doesn't function very well and a quick google search will show that this is probably a drop-ship product of poor quality.

I bought a shower head from AlpenForce a month back. I have to commend them on the quality! Initially I wasn't confident of the build quality but over the last 1 month it has fallen so many times and there hasn't been a scratch on it. The pressure is also just AMAZING. I haven't seen such pressure ever!

I haven’t received my 4 shower heads to give a working review, but I can tell you based off of their customer service and lack of responding to my emails, the same day I ordered, I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE. They have a multi-order deal on the website, but because I was so anxious in ordering, I didn’t notice the special until after I ordered and received my first off a thousand emails, to sell the beads. When I saw the 3 or more deal, I emailed asking them to just send me the beads for all 4 shower heads, or refund the difference in the 3 or more deal. You would think that as soon as the order for 4 shower heads was placed, they’d be stand up and automatically give the deal, Nope! I still haven’t received my shower heads, nor refund in difference, nor a response from customer service. Horrible company!

Horrible experience so far, I ordered 3 shower heads and 3 hose kits. Received an email a day after ordering to inform me that the clear shower heads I wanted are back ordered and they would let me know when they shipped. About 4 days later I received an email letting me know that my order had shipped. I checked the website for several days with no updates at all regarding the arrival date of my shipment, just a constant "shipping label received" message. Two days after that I received an email with a tracking link to aftership. Followed the package as it traveled and got an estimated delivery date of Friday the 23rd. Received notification of the delivery however when I got home the only items received was the hose adaptor kits. So far I have left 7 emails (4 to their support email address and 3 to an email address for "Diana from AlpenForce") with no response. Frustrating is an understament. 08/03/2021 In response to your response. As of today the replacement order still has not been received. You sent me an email telling me that it would be here no later than the 30th of July. The tracking information you sent shows it will not be received until the third week of August.
