I want to give it a 5 so bad because…
I want to give it a 5 so bad because the first several days it was awesome! However, not even a week into using it, those micro holes became clogged, compromised, or defective. There are at least 20 that are now shooting water streams in every other direction but down. The majority are still fine, the water pressure is still superb, but it’s very disappointing that being brand new, the micro holes are malfunctioning.

Hi Brett, this is actually a normal occurrence! This is actually why we designed the alpenforce to be so easy to clean. Since the nozzle is so small it tends to get clogged (more often the harder your water is) but don't worry here is a video on how to quickly clean the nozzle and have it working 100% again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxaIXg9-OKE&t=9s I personally use this shower head as well and found that the quickest way to fix this issue is by flipping the metal nozzle disc inside out so that everything stuck in the tiny holes comes right off!
