The Alloy Market provides excellent customer service by promptly mailing the packet, answering questions via phone, text, or email quickly and thoroughly, sending reminder text messages, testing the items sent to them same day, and providing a detailed, itemized offer within the same day. Once the offer is accepted or declined, payment and/or return of the items is done at the end of the business day. I have used The Alloy Market three or four times within the past couple of years, and my experience has been exactly the same each time. There’s no sitting in a mall kiosk being stared at by passers-by with a look of, “Oh, look at that poor lady. She has to sell her wedding rings to pay her bills.” For anyone who has experienced that besides me, it’s embarrassing and humiliating, and you know just what I’m talking about. Working with The Alloy Market is discreet and confidential, and I have always been treated as a valued customer and with respect. As best I can tell, the payouts are better than the alternatives. I was drawn to this company initially by reading why they started their business. I am a Stage IV cancer patient and chose them for this reason. And, if you send them items that are not real gold, silver, etc., they will promptly send them back to you, if you wish. Otherwise, they donate them to a local charity or recycle them. It’s a win-win for everyone, and I will do business with them in the future.
