So dissapointed my Grandaughter had booked the Shangri la for my 80th Birthday .We went on the 10th October. When arrived we expected to all be seated together instead shown to two tables eventually we decided ourselfs to squeeze around one table asked if we if we could have one more chair which we did eventually get The food was lovely as the views but service very poor . We were there for 2 1/2 hours and in that time everybody ask for tea ended up drinking it black as we gave up asking for milk. I myself had a cup of coffee on arrival and took another hour and a half to get a second one. What should have been a lovely 80th birthday treat was spoilt , and staff really let the day down

Had a bad experience from a unprofessional tour guide called Mike who was over familiar with my partner. We were enjoying cocktails enjoying the view when he rudely interrupted us asking for my partners name, telling us lewd stories from when he worked on bus tours as he found it a way of attracting women, He then grabbed her arm dragging her to show where Buckingham Palace was in the fog. I shouted him to get his hands off of her! He realised he had overstepped the mark and we didn't see him again. It comes to something when someone like this is trusted to help people enjoy the experience and uses it in a predatory way!

Booked the restaurant at the Shard on our last visit to London. The charge is £55 per person + 15% service charge £63.25. We had a glass of Tap water, and a G&T each and it came to £92 per person. The food was not very good either. Not worth the money. All in all a rip off.

The Aqua Shard has some great views at night, and the food and drink was reasonable. The down side was the poor lighting to the bathrooms, and the service charge added to the bill. Not everyone that eats at the Shard has deep pockets, some of us go for the experience. Please highlight the service charge when presenting the bill so everyone is aware.

Daughters 40th birthday treat very disappointing visit to Aqua Shard. Firstly it is very overpriced for what you receive as a menu choice . Secondly we were sat on what I can only describe as table and chairs fit for toddlers . You can not fault the view but certainly I still would not pay what we paid for "tea" for the view alone.

We went to afternoon Tea 17/3/23 @ 14:15 we had a wonderful time. However, I’m absolutely positive we have been seriously over charged had brought two bottle of rose at £49.00 per bottle & 1 glass prior at the bar at 14.00 plus three beers at £9.00 each we only had the £61.00 afternoon Tea offer Per person ! yet we have been charged £326.00 oh and a still bottle of water at £5.50 p - Amused I am certainly Not we were served by Lucas. Meh. The food is just not that good anymore

Fantastic views, good atmosphere. The selection of ice creams was poor, as was the service of the person selling them. I emailed them about a separate issue, almost three weeks later I've had no reply.
