Order placed in May, was supposed to arrive in early July. Never arrived, no communication. When we reached out, we were told we’d get another update a month later - this never happened. After reaching out again, there was no update- we were offered a refund, which we took. The refund didn't come for weeks and the item was delivered without notice despite asking for a refund. Product is nice, but i won’t be shopping here again. Nothing is ever in stock, and when items are supposedly in stock, they actually are back ordered.

It's been three months and they still have not shipped a set of sheets that their website said were in stock. At three weeks I contacted their costumer service and never got a response. Don't buy from them - it's not worth the hassle.

I never received half of my order and gave up on trying. There are comparable retailers, in quality and price, that have proven more organized and reliable.

Terrible delays, cancellations and communication. Very disappointed on our experience with Citizenry. We used to love this place but now we don’t trust to order again.

Ordered in June, still haven't received it. Contacted support a number of times and got only generic canned emails, no tracking, no real answers, no refund. Three months of waiting and zero accountability. Avoid.

Ordered a bed, they said it was shipping out in MAY and it's SEPTEMBER and hasn't come so I am asking for a refund. I have emailed them more than 10x. They are terrible. Do not put your hard earned money into this company to wait forever, get emails saying "they are working on it and will be back to me soon" Just find another company!
