DO HUMANS EVEN WORK HERE?!
I am unbelievably dissatisfied with this postcard company. Not only did they completely mess up my order, but neighbors in my area received THIRTEEN of the exact same postcard — each. That’s not just an error, that’s a major failure in quality control and a total embarrassment for my business. There was no phone number to call, only painfully slow and generic email responses. Eventually, they issued a refund — but that does not fix the damage to my professional reputation or the awkwardness of my branding being mishandled so badly in my own neighborhood. When you're in a client-facing business, first impressions matter. This company failed me, and I will never use them again. If you care about professionalism, accuracy, and customer service — look elsewhere.

Julie, We’re truly sorry for the frustration and embarrassment this situation caused. We completely understand how important first impressions are—especially in a client-facing business—and we take full responsibility for the printing error that occurred with your order. What happened was a malfunction on the part of our third-party printer's system, which unfortunately caused your postcard to be printed and mailed multiple times to each recipient. As soon as you brought this to our attention, we immediately refunded your order in full, investigated the issue with our printer, and worked with them to ensure new safeguards were put in place to prevent this from ever happening again. We want to gently clarify that your emails were not met with generic replies. As the COO, I personally responded to your messages to ensure your concerns were heard and addressed directly. Providing thoughtful, professional human customer support is incredibly important to us, especially in difficult situations. While this situation was incredibly unfortunate, it was also highly unusual. In over 8 years of helping small businesses grow through direct mail, we’ve never had a similar issue. We deeply regret that your experience did not reflect the high standard of service we strive to deliver to all our clients. Thank you for your feedback—it helps us improve. And again, we’re truly sorry that we didn’t get it right for you.
