TGWReviews of tgw.com

A house of clowns. I could never trust a significant purchase to this website. Our travel golf bag was critical to our trip. They screwed that up more than once-probably broke a record in that regard. I am sure that I will have to fight triple charges for the product that was never delivered.

I am from Canada and ordered 5 golf shirts. The were to big. I contacted customer support and they told me I would have to pay to ship back. I had to pay $165. 00 duties to receives the FedEx drop off on top of the $365 it cost me for the golf shirts. If you are in Canada don't bother ordering from here. Look online it will be cheaper or cost you the same without the duties RIP

I placed an order and the wrong address was input. I cancelled and without waiting for the refund I placed another order. This was cancelled without any reason. Since then no refund has been made despite multiple contacts. I can’t even tell if this is a genuine retailer or not.

Beware when ordering a custom set of irons!! I ordered a custom set of Mizuno JPX923 Hot Metal Pros with 2-degrees upright lie angles, and the set was delivers with each club having incorrect angles. The gap wedge was the worst at 6-degrees flat. Half of the clubs were flat instead of upright, the other half were at standard lie angles. I took the clubs to an independent shop which has a stellar reputation to confirm that the specs were off. They stated they had never seen anything so far off, and they would not try to repair them even though I was willing to give it a shot to avoid having to return them. Was informed by TGW that I would get a refund after shipping the clubs back to them. Sent them back the next day, and a month later am still waiting for the refund to be issued. Each time I call customer service to inquire about the refund I'm told that they need to research the situation more and will get back to me later.

Made my order on December 6th - golf apparel. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I contacted Customer Service - told me they would check into the delay. Christmas came and went - still no answer from TGW on my inquiry. I wrote a summary of what happened, and tried to post a critical review on their website - they informed me they would not post my review. 2 weeks later - still nothing / no response, no answers - nothing. Im convinced if I didnt pursue the matter, the order would disappear and be forgotten - they were quick to accept payment for the article however.

Placed a first time order. Got confirmation they had received, got another email saying the order was processed, then received email saying order had been canceled. Will not attempt to order again.

Their shipping very expensive. Their product doesn't arrive when they said it would. When I tried to chat with customer service they didn't answer my questions and ended my chat before they answered my questions. Horrible experience.

I purchased a coat and it arrived ok. Shipping was one fourth of the cost. The coat was the wrong size so I returned it and had to pay shipping again...and also tax again (seems like the tax should have been reversed not added on). Shipping is too expensive with them & the tax calc is not right. I won't use them again.
