TGWReviews of tgw.com

Disappointed again and again in processing time, shipping speed and complete lack of response to questions. Ordered a $150 pair of shoes, 4 days later they ship > 7 additional days and I have them in a FedEx box. Are. You. Kidding. Me.

UPDATE: 15 minutes after posting this - I finally get a call back from TGW. He said they will refund my shipping costs and if I don't receive the package within a week, they'll mail it again for no cost. We shall see, but I appreciate the callback and will upgrade my review from one star to two stars for now, because they did finally reach out. I ordered two shirts last week and paid extra for 2-day delivery. The package was never delivered. FedEx says they don't have a shipping date. For nearly a week, I have been trying to get ahold of someone. I've emailed three times, called three times. No one responds to emails and after a half-hour of holding, I gave up. I also asked for a call-back, nothing. Yet, my credit card was charged almost immediately after placing the order. I just want my money back; doesn't look there's any recourse.

Site is very good, no complaints there- what I didn't like is that they charge my credit card on day of order. 5 days later the order still hasn't shipped, it's "in process". I am canceling today.

I bought "wide" golf shoes and they were not wide enough. They made me pay for return shipping.

Ordered a set of irons 4-PW. 4 iron was missing. They told me the club was out of stock but I could get a refund for the price of the one club. Long story short, it took 5 more phone calls and 2 months before I finally got the refund.

Recieved my package 2 months late, never even got an email about where it was or if I was still getting it (was told it was shipping july 15) I got it in September with no updates - i like the hat a lot just annoyed with the experience

I have dealt with TGW, for years, and had previously had no complaints. After a recent purchase (TGW brand golf bag), I found there to be two completely unacceptable design flaws. Customer service would not accept return/exchange of the problematic bag - only offering a 15% discount on a different bag. When I wrote a negative review of the product, and my customer service experience, they removed my review, because it didn't meet their review standards. I did not use bad language, or state anything other than facts, regarding the product design defects, and my dissatisfaction with the customer service response. What I find REALLY troublesome, is the "scrubbing" of a negative review, from their site.

Ordered golf shoes, tgw, sent the wrong size and wrong color. their customer service is lacking, you cannot talk to anyone, must call & they may call you back. I've sent numerous emails with no response. Out of no where they sent me a return label but did not indicate that they can send me the correct size & color. they are horrible to deal with should you have any problems, or have to return an item.
