TGWReviews of tgw.com

Excellent value

I ordered a 2012 model putter in 2016. After reading some reviews, I had concerns that the website was incorrect about the item being in stock, and that I would have to deal with the hassle of finding out weeks later that I was charged for an item that was unavailable. Not the case at all- I called and customer service verified that indeed there was one putter in stock. One week later, the item arrived as described to California.

I am rather stunned at how well the purchase went, considering some of the other posts. I received the product a day earlier than expected. Had excellent email communications. Price was excellent. They had the product in stock and shipped it immediately. I am very happy with the experience and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future.

Purchased some Taylormade golf irons from tgw.com. After purchasing them I read all the nagive reviews on this site, and I was very nervous about the order. The deal did seem to good to be true. I was very pleased to know that the clubs were shipped fast and upon receiving them the condition of them were perfect. First time ordering from this site and very happy.

I had a few questions about the items I was looking to buy and the Customer Service rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable about the products. Ordering through their website is very easy and customer friendly. Order arrived in 3 days! I did have to return 1 item because of fit and again had to call customer service. They walked me through the return process online and helped me order a replacement item. The exchange was very simple and they gave me free shipping both ways for the return. I was a bit leary to order because I have heard some bad reviews but this ordering experience was everything I could want and more. I will definately be ordering more from TGW and I will recommend this site to all of my golfing buddies.

I could not be happier with TGW. My most recent purshased were the new Callaway FT-IZ driver and Cleveland T-Bar putter. Both arrived in mint condition and I even had trade-ins for both purchases. TGW gave me more for my trade-ins than I ever would have gotten from GS. I've even ordered a rangefinder on a Thursday that arrived on Friday, (next day delivery option) and the money I saved on not paying taxes on the purchase more than covered the shipping cost.
