Potential customers...please do a quick Google search of 'The Golf Warehouse Reviews' and you'll quickly see this company is not worth your time or money. They may have a good deal running, but they will not follow through with it and try and trap you into their store credit game. Not going into details about my terrible customer experience because I've already devoted too much of my time to these hacks....so again, brush up on who you are doing business with and heed their warnings.

Avoid at all costs
TGW shipped the wrong item to me. I called them to notify them and they sent me a prepaid shipping label for an exchange. Instead of processing the exchange and sending the correct item they only credited me for the item cost less $7 return shipping (for their mistake). In the process of resolving issue via PayPal dispute and, if necessary, BBB. At best they are incompetent, but more likely just scam artists.

Misleading website and lousy customer support.
Website said shoes would ship in 3-7 days but now they are telling me 2-4 WEEKS on top of the week I already waited. Opened a ticket that said someone would reply in 24 hours but after 3 days nobody had the courtesy to reply. Sent another email and finally got a reply saying I'd have to cancel with the shoe manufacturer, not TGW. Terrible service. Would not recommend the site to anyone.

Avoid TGW
Can only agree with some of the previous reviews. While waiting for delivery of my new golf clubs, and not receiving anything, I called customer service just to find out my order had been cancelled. The representative could not give any reason, but promised to investigate and call me back. Guess what, he didn't call back. In my opinion dealing with TGW is just a waste of time.

NEVER order anything from this company
NEVER - NEVER - order any products from this "company" I order two shirts on 4-14 and on 5-15-14 I get a letter telling me it had been back order. I called and email several times, the first communicate was ten days after the order and I was told there would be a two week delay - and on and on the story goes - this letter today states another 30 days. I will go online and write as many bad reviews as I can - to warn other people about this BAD experience.

Very disappointed, again, since the last three items I have ordered TGW seemingly doesn't have in stock, then they cancel my order.
This is the third time in a row that I have ordered an item through TGW.com and the third time in a row that the item is first, on backorder, and then is canceled/no longer available - again, after a 3-week break between the backorder notice and the cancelation notice. I spoke with the customer assistant and she said that just because an item is listed on their website, it is not a guarantee they have access to the item for sale. I'm done with TGW.

Customizable order.
I ordered customized Golf Balls in June of this year (on or around the 13th). I asked to have "I Like to play with my balls" engraved on them for a VERY AVID sports enthusiast. Almost 40 days later...and numerous phone calls to check the status, I got a phone call telling me that what I wanted printed was deemed INAPPROPRIATE for the golf BALLS that I ordered. I did not place an order for ONE BALL, but MULTIPLE BALLS. I was told by Chelsea Farmer of TGW that it was NIKE who would not print the balls. I contacted Nike, and was told that it was NOT NIKE, but TGW that found my engraving to be "OFFENSIVE". If TGW find the word BALLS offensive, then maybe NIKE, who's slogan is JUST DO IT, and prints things like "Run Like you Stole Something", "Kiss my sass", "Smoke 'em" and "The Twins" on there clothing is a business they may want to reconsider doing business with. If the word BALLS is offensice to TGW maybe, the should considering getting out of sports memorablia all together as BALLS are representative of MULTIPLE sports, Golf, baseball, football, volley ball, soccer and so on. GROW UP AND GET YOUR OWN MINDS OUT OF THE GUTTER. Or better yet, maybe if you weren't busy playing with your own balls...you may consider someone elses FAMILY JOKE...just that...A JOKE!
