I ordered a golf towel for Christmas three weeks ago and was growing concerned when it hadn't arrived yet. I called them a few days ago and was told it would ship within 2 days. Then, out of no where, I receive an email stating my order had been cancelled. The customer service rep told me they tried to reach out to me on multiple occasions (which was a flat out lie) and if I reordered the item I most likely wouldn't have it in time for Christmas. I'll never do business with this company again.

I made a purchase with them many years ago and I think it went smoothly. Before my latest purchase, read a bunch of the reviews, which were quite negative, but decided to make the purchase anyway. Big mistake. Ordered a set of irons from them. Received them today and there was absolutely no packaging at all. The clubs were just loose and banging around in the box in transit. One of the clubs was damaged. Called them and spoke to a very disinterested rep (Marissa) and explained the situation. She told me I can return them and they will send out another set, which would take at least another week because they need to wait to receive my return first. I was going to use the clubs on a trip this week so that wouldn't work. Asked to just return the clubs and asked her if I need to pay for the return since it was their fault. She actually said she would need to check with a supervisor!! Horrible company and terrible customer service as stated by all the other reviews on every site I've read, even the BBB website. Stay away from them. There are much better options around with much better customer service.

I ordered a rangefinder from TGW on Oct. 30. When had not arrived today, nine days later, I decided to call "Customer Service." The first person I spoke with, Diana, advised me that: 1) my order had been cancelled: 2) a cancellation letter had been e-mail to me on Nov. 4; and 3) a credit had been issued to my credit card. The only accurate statement Diana made was that my order had been cancelled, which means TGW sold me a product they did not have. The cancellation letter was not issued and the credit had also not been issued. The second person I spoke with, Sara, told me she did not know whether a cancellation letter had been issued and the credit was processed as a "store credit", which means I would have to buy sometime else from TGW to recoup the money they had charged me on Oct. 30. A customer should not have to call nine days after a transaction has taken place (my credit card was charged on Oct. 30) to find out a supplier does not have the product the supplier sold him / her. Only after making an issue of my situation did TGW agree to issue the credit to my credit card. These guys are SLIPPERY, so be very careful if you choose to deal with them.

I got an e-mail advertisement for Foot Joy Hyperflex shoes and decided to order them even though I didn't need them yet because I felt it was a good deal. I tried them on when I received them and the seemed to fit well. I put them to use last week on a golf trip and before I could finish the round the right shoe hurt my little toe so badly it was hard to walk. I contacted TGW customer service and they would not let me exchange the defective shoes because it had been over 30 days since I purchased them. These shoes are still new but they wouldn't even consider helping me out. To make matters worse the customer service rep told me I should sell my defective shoes on EBAY. I wasn't looking for money back or pulling som sort of scam. I just want the exact same shoes I purchased that fit as expected. Be careful purchasing Christmas gifts from TGW because if 30 days pass by you will get no satisfaction from this company even if you are a loyal, repeat customer.

TGW advertises, sells items they do not stock and cannot deliver. Ordered a Ping bag, paid for and contacted TGW a week later on delivery. I was told delivery was a least two to three weeks out. I cancelled. TGW is a waste of time. I bought the bag at a better price the same day, online, four day delivery. Don't waste time on TGW.

Bought 3 wedges and returned all 3 as instructed by operator. One was used and 2 were brand new. Clubs did not fall under their playability guarantee which was strange but acknowledged at time of purchase. TGW.com return policy accepts unused clubs to be returned for a full credit. I returned clubs within 10 days of receiving. They did not follow up after I called them why I didn't receive refund and ignored all emails. This company as others have stated is operating in a very serious manner defrauding customers and changing orders after they have been placed as confirmed by others. There are many more reputable golf internet authorized dealers such as Golfsmith.com, PGASuperstore.com, CarlsGolfland.com, etc. Stay away if you don't want to deal with a headache and zero customer service.

Had a club ordered 3 weeks ago with less than 8 days delivery time. Have not received the club, but it was charged against my credit card. Called 4 times and sent an e-mail to find out status of the order, never an apology and kept blaming its ware house and FedEx. At the end, they don't carry the club anymore, but I've paid for it already - they've charged w/o sending the club. Asked for the credit back on my credit card and I'm waiting for they said it would take 24 hours. No notification from the vendor util I made a call. - Not worthy to spend a penny.

Had to return golf shoes..to narrow..have had to call back 3 TIMES to try and get my money retured to card...have been lied to past 2 times..hope this time is different...don't think I'll be ordering from them again...
