I ordered a club and paid for overnight shipping. They sent it to the wrong address and via UPS ground. I had to buy the club from Amazon. I returned the late club to TGW and they assured me that I would get a full refund. But they lied, they took out the cost for return shipping. It was their screw-up, not mine.

Item was preordered was was to be shipped on 4 march per manufacturer. Was not shipped on 4 march and i checked with company on 7 march and still not shipped. Friebd got his from another company on the 7th. On the 9th was told they have been to busy shipping baseball equipment. I told them i was going to wait till 11th and than i was going to cancel order. It was processed that day for shipping picked up on the 11th by UPS and today is the 20th and is not due for delivery till the 21st. 10days from KS to Fl. Have ordered from another company and getting on the 20th going to return

One color was wrong and customer service doesn't answer email.

Horrible customer service. Placed order on March 2nd. Now March 15th. Still don’t have the goods. Was told “I’m sorry but there is nothing I can do”. It showed that the order Was transferred to the US PS. Waited today for the mail to come and it was not there when it was supposed to be delivered seven days ago. Call customer service and was told they could not send another order out because it was too late. this was the first order I ever placed with this company and it will be the last

Good company, but terrible customer service.

Totally sucks. I ordered a golf bag and pull cart and used a gift certificate. First I had to call in to use the certificate as it wouldn't validate online and the rep said it was a known problem. Then I get an email that the cart was cancelled. No information just flat out cancelled the order. I called and asked why they would take it upon themselves to cancel my order with no warning and no information and the woman said "it's because we are out of the product". When I said that's ridiculous that you can sell an item online and not know that you are out of it, she just said well that's the way it is. I asked her to price match with the other cart that was $20 more and she came back online and said they would. Then after 30+ minutes on the phone with her, she wanted to charge me more money--a LOT more money. She didn't understand that I used my $200 gift certificate and only owed $18 after my original purchase. She wanted to charge $110 to my credit card and give me $20 back. It was ridiculous. I still don't know if I am getting the other cart and my credit card was charged another $18. Very inept.

TGW IS SHADY AF!!! Paid the $10 shipping to have shoes delivered by the 30th (per the promise on the website). They didn’t show up by the 30th. Called to ask for refund on shipping and the (worst) CSR said if they didn’t show by the 5th they would refund shipping. Explained again I paid for the shipping that guaranteed a 30th delivery date...but they refused the refund!!! So I decided to buy them from Zappos (which my dumb a$$ should’ve done in the first place b/c they have free next day) with intent to return the TGW pair...but of course TGW wants me to pay for return shipping and their website doesn’t indicate they’re going to refund my sales tax when I fill out the return form...TGW is shady AF!!!

I wish I would've read these reviews before ordering from TGW. I ordered a Ping vest (ladies) and it arrived but the inside of the apparel's plastic was wet and the garment was wet. I discarded it bc I feared it might be molded. I have never encountered this issue with an online purchase and wonder what they are doing selling wet items. The plastic that protects the garment contained water - it was not the fault or doing of the shipping company.
