I made a custom order of a Callaway golf iron. The order was processed wrong and the customer service representative had extreme difficulty understanding the nature of the error. After a long conversation I am returning club for refund. Don't want to go down this same path again. The purchase was time critical and the shipment was not made by air as represented. Bad job TGW

No free shipping return. Customer service is bad and rude. Unfortunately, I bought a lot of stuff there and I will refrain from buying there again.

Horrible customer service. I will never shop at tgw again. A friend had sent me a golf shirt and skirt for my birthday, which I exchanged for golf shoes. I spent 20 minutes with a customer service rep, who assured me that the exchange would be made, without involving my friend. When I called to check that tgw had received the returned merchandise, I was told that, despite the specific notes in the file, tgw had credited my friend, instead of me. Addie, an incompetent customer service manager, admitted that it was their error but refused to rectify it. Her answer? That instead of the full credit, she’d give me $14 off the golf shoes. TGW, today’s most successful companies are credited with their dedication to customer service. Based on that, your future does not look good.

this place sucks

I’m not sure about other equipment but I ordered golf shoes that seemed ok but when I wore them on the course were the most uncomfortable shoes. I called customer service to see if I can replace them with something else and they told no no because the shoes I ordered did not have a comfort warranty. Steer clear of this place if you need golf shoes. How do you know until you try them if they are comfortable. Strange policy here.

TGW needs to state for discontinued items they do not pay for the shipping costs but will be reimbursed. I tried and went down to fedex to return the shoes in the same box it came in and the CHEAPEST ground shipping cost was $56. Your TGW customer service rep told me to go down to fedex and ask for the cheapest shipping method and to put the receipt in box and write full refund and the shipping cost would be refunded. The fedex worker doubted TGW would refund such a high shipping cost for an item that only cost $39. I will never buy anything from TGW because of the hassle to your return policy.

Ordered something for overnight shipping. Not shipped, promised they would then ship that day, would have it the next. Next day, same thing still hadn’t shipped. No explanation other than can’t find it in warehouse. Really poor customer and communication. Not the way to run a business. I had to cancel order as they clearly weren’t going to actually ship what I paid for.

Recently, I did some research on last years model staff-tour-cart golf bag(well known brand) that was rated very high by several websites. I went to a preferred internet dealer and found a good price. However due to its ratings I tried to get tgw to match this price. First of all, They told me this price was too low and they could not match this price. What does that mean for the customer?? An excellent customer service company always looks to please the customer and ALWAYS looks for a sale. I do understand if they could not match this price I am very disappointed that they did not care enough to give me other choices OR BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE The bottom line is this-- I FOUND another authorized internet dealer WHO CARED and they made the sale. TGW needs to work on pleasing the customer!!!
