Site locked up at pay point. Had to re-enter info. Prices okay

Ordered some golf shoes and did a return because they didn't fit right. I received my money back on the shoes but they wouldn't return the tax I paid on them?? I wonder if the IRS knows about this practice?

I have attempted to order on 4 different occasions for different items and only two orders were fulfilled. Customer service is not very helpful shipping is extremely slow item listings are not current. I recently cancelled an order that initially showed one item as a back order item(if it was on the page listing I wouldn’t have ordered it). So I requested that item be cancelled and ship the rest. Almost 5 days late o recieved a reply saying all my items were back ordered and cancelled. My first (2) purchases were both over $100 each and shipping was free. Subsequently on my next (3) attempts after weeks of placing my orders a rep emails me asking me to authorize $100+ for shipping. It was at this point I decided I will never order from TGW again. It’s a shame because with all of my orders including the ones I cancelled would have been more than $1500 alone. If the experience was better I’d have still been ordering solely from them.

I ordered a product from this company on the 7th and I still no have received my order. I called the customer service department and told them of my experience and that I am still waiting. IO was told that deliveries can take up to 8 business days for delivery. Fair enough, but the only reason top order from this place then would be because there is an item you want an that is not available at a local sports store or golf shop. It certainly was not cheaper. I could have driven and picked it up from the warehouse and driven home faster than it has taken so far. I won't be ordering from this company again

Selection and prices good. Shipping is not. Products almost always arrive well after represented shipping date.

No problem with my shopping experience. Shipping experience with FedEx was terrible.

Ordered two Dorfman bush hats in the SM/MD size and both were too small. I am 65+ years old and have never worn a size Large or bigger in my entire life so was surprised they didn't fit. Sent an email to customer service, waited one week and did not receive a response so called and received good service over the phone. Ordered the hats in a LG/XL size so hopefully they will fit.
