I ordered a Vokey wedge on June 17,2020. I was supposed to receive on June 26,2020. As of July 8,2020, I still have not received. When I spoke to 2 people in their customer service, I was told I would just have to wait. They told me if I disputed the charge with my credit card company I would be banned for life. They did tell me that I could pay for a new club with shipping charges and I could return the other club if it ever came.

Ordered a driver because the website had it "in stock" just to get a cancellation notice on the order a few days later without explanation. Why have it available on the website if it is going to be cancelled? And no explanation to the customer why they cancelled it? I should have read reviews like these before hastily deciding to purchase here. DO NOT GET HEADACHES FROM DEALING WITH THIS PLACE!

I should have read the reviews that have been posted about this company.i ordered a range finder 3 weeks ago only to be told it’s back ordered. No one answers customer service. The irony is they continue to show the item for sale with no indication it’s back ordered.

Shipping is terrible. No customer service response, whatsoever. Do not believe their shipping times. I waited 2 weeks to find out. They are responsible for transportation. If they choose a slug to deliver, that's on them.

Horrible customer service. They do not answer emails , they shut their call in customer service and offer nothing. They will charge your credit card before you receive your order. Horrible. Buyer beware- they ignored my request to cancel the order before it shipped

I ordered and paid for my items. They sent me an email stating my order has been cancelled without any explanation. I emailed customer service asking why and if there was any way I can get the items I ordered. They responded without explaining why or answering any of my questions. Do not trust their company. Customer service does not address your concerns, instead they give a generic answer.

Granted many small businesses are suffering from the VIRUS. However, I want to caution anyone considering making a purchase from TGW. They lured me with their false web page advertising into selecting them thinking my order would be shipped immediately and offered FREE 2 day expedited shipping. Instead, it will be two weeks before the order is even full-filled directly with Titleist (shut down during the pandemic) . Thought they would have an inventory of golf balls.....give me a break. Here is the 2nd email I sent to their support center (No one was ever available using chat). No one has responded to my email as of this review (May 14, 2020) Please consider this a formal complaint. I made my purchase from TGW over your competition (including :direct from the manufacturer Titleist) only because your web page identified the balls to be in stock with free 2nd day shipping. Order placement was May 5 and so far its still pending and I have no tracking information. Because this was a special promotion for a limited time offered by TGW and even Titelist, I will not be able to obtain the promotional price which is unfortunate for me. I sent an earlier email which was unanswered as of today. Please inform me as soon as possible on the status of my order.

I placed an order on April 20, I use the Chrome browser extension HONEY to find coupons and promotions - this is done automatically by my browser and HONEY. A promo code was applied to my order that day. I received my "thank you for your order" email, followed by the "your order is processing" email. A few days later I received an update stating my order was cancelled with no explanation of why or what happened. Since the customer service call center is closed due to the covid pandemic, I was asked to email any questions regarding my order. This morning I received the following email regarding my inquiry as to why my order was cancelled: TGW CS Relay 12:20 PM (36 minutes ago) to me Nancy, This order was placed using the discount code TGWFAMILY which is specifically for employee use. It was determined that you do not qualify to use this discount code as you are not an employee of TGW or its parent company. As a result your order has been cancelled, this particular item is no longer available. You have not been charged for this as we only charge for items that ship, your pre-authorization will fall off within 3-5 business days depending on your banking institution. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you for contacting TGW, Kaitlynn Customer service I had no control over what promo code HONEY and my browser use. I certainly was not aware this was an exclusive employee code or I wouldn't have used it. I can't be responsible for the promo codes HONEY uses. Further, I find it VERY unprofessional that I was not contacted immediately as to the reason why my order was cancelled so that I might have corrected the problem. Even better, why was the promo code not immediately rejected as invalid at my checkout? I would have really liked this item, but now as you can see it is sold out in my size. The charge for this item still is in limbo on my credit card, waiting to be removed. I am very frustrated. Don't bother ordering from this company unless you really like this type of poor customer service.
