Horrible shipping The 1 star isn't based on the quality of the rain suit. Its because it took 3 weeks to receive it. I ordered from another company and received exact same rain suit in 4 days.

Item did not ship. Was out of stock and did no receive update; was left expecting package.

Company fails to honor returns for expensive items that stop working in less than a year of purchase. Complete joke.

Ordered apparel over 3 weeks ago, paid $25 shipping cost to ship the items to Canada. Tracking number they sent didn't work. Followed up today and they said my order hasn't shipped yet and I would have to call back next week to see if it has been shipped? Terrible customer service as I have left numerous emails as well. Buyer beware

Ordered a new golf bag listed "In Stock" almost 2 weeks later I get an email saying my bag may be processing around March 24, "IF" then. I was given the option to cancel my order after several weeks waiting. So I decide to call, looong wait on the phone, then asked me if I wanted them to call me back which I know they will never do. No one ever came to the phone, had to disconnect. Terrible customer service, don't deserve a single star!

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had! Order that was supposed to reach me in 2 days ended up taking a week. Unable to get ANY tracking information, and when the order reached my city it was immediately returned to TGW by the shipper (Fedex) as "undeliverable." No one from customer service has returned my messages, and chat has been offline for the last week. I never received my order, no one will respond to let me know the order has been canceled, and they have not refunded my money. Will never shop with TGW again.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. By far the WORST customer service, if you can even call it that. I have ordered from this company twice, and both times had major issues. Most recently, I call everyday, have a 30 minute hold time, ask for a call back and never get a call back. I have also sent 3 emails. sent an IG message and also a tweet, with no response.

Shipped shoe box in a plastic bag. Arrived severely damaged. Very slow response time for conclusion and by the time I got one more than a week later they didn't have the shoe size in stock with which to replace it.
