Ordered custom balls, advertised in the website ten business days. That was almost two months ago. Emailing customer service got me literally nowhere, they passed the buck to Srixon and didn’t offer me a single thing to keep my business. Seriously, if there is even a chance you can’t fulfill your promises, don’t advertise something.

Horrible Shipping and communication.

Worst service ever. Still don't have my order and it's been almost a month. First my order was backordered and then a replacement item traveled all over the US on it's way to me and it still hasn't arrived. Trying to get an answer from customer service is impossible. All you get is the run around. I would recommend buying elsewhere.

Horrible shipping, rude customer service, no response to emails. This company needs to wake up. Will not use them again.

This is very bad company with customer service. I have made a order on 4/5, and I was told the item will arrive on 4/17. But until today they showed still in process. I called them about 10 days ago, they told me the order will be canceled soon. But until now nothing they have done. I sent them emails twice but they returned and tell me do not send email again because too much emails to them now with doing nothing for my request. My order is still in process! I have no idea what I can do.

Horrible shipping service. Horrible company. Live in Louisville, KY. Item shipped to KY.... then somehow shipped to central Indiana where it has sat for 4 days - NO movement. Called customer service and rep says what can he do - it's in the hands of the shipping company. I told him I would file an appeal for reimbursement from the credit card company. He said do what you want and hung up.

The shipping company they use is slow as a snail. FedX has had my package since the 17th and even though it's maybe 500 miles to the TGW shipping warehouse from here, it's still 500 miles away in a different part of the country.

Ok this is ridiculous !!!   Be at least they should be polite and answer  the mail, I sent the shirt January 27 and no news from anybody march 24 !!!.  What kind of company are you ??? Story : I bought this golf shirt just before leaving for Florida ... after wearing it a few times it's already broken, how can you help me?
