Mediocre
I like the setting choices. I do not like the way the texts are formatted. The text screen is too busy. I wish it notified you of when texts come in.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE
INCREDIBLE SERVICE We have been working on replacing Zip Whip which was decommissioned by Twilio. Text Request made the process so simple, we were up and running in 15 minutes, while we waited over 24-48 hours to hear back from other providers. They worked to get Twilio to release our phone # over 72 hours.

Text Request is by far superior to ZipWhip
Text Request is by far superior to the old text platform we used to use. Especially with ease of use and the way the dashboard is laid out.
