Not worth the money
Text don’t always come in immediately. The app crashes and you have to close it out and reopen. Google reviews and Facebook connect is an extra charge which when you sign up was part of the package. Now it’s a $100 add on.

Ace, sorry to hear your experience hasn't met your expectations. You can always send a review link through your Text Request dashboard. However, the Review Management feature is, and always has been an add-on. Here is a help doc on sending links: https://help.textrequest.com/link-sharing

The overall set up process was smooth
The overall set up process was smooth. I do wish that in there would have been a little more communication with the Payrix process. Just maybe letting us know about the hold on funds for 5-7 business days. Other than that I have been impressed!

Took longer than anticipated.
With all of the initial communication, we were led to believe that converting from another company could happen the same day that I signed up for Text Request. It took 2 days for us to be able to send texts using the new service. I'm still not sure what the problem was.

Unfair pricing for simple and very basic add-ons, when we initially switched from zipwhip they were not upfront with us on what was included with the basic package.
