Message availability can vary depending on overall traffic and message volume at any given time. As a result, there may be periods, days, or times when more messages are available, while at other times the volume may be considerably lower. Being online during periods of higher traffic naturally increases the opportunity to claim messages, so we also recommend keeping an eye out for notifications from us when message volumes are particularly high. The system distributes messages automatically and does not manually assign them to individual operators. The distribution is based on several factors, including activity, message quality and, where applicable, continuity in ongoing conversations.
