In the company's website, the basic requirement for an applicant is to at least know how to write fluently in english. Unfortunately, my coach (Coach Nkateko@CHB) ironically told me that I failed because my kind of writing falls short to that of a native american speaker/writer. What??? I am an asian. How can my coach expect me to readily know how to write like a native american speaker/writer??? For me to reach that level, I should have tried living in the US for quite some time so I could perfectly adapt and blend with the kind of american native writing/speaking that my coach is requiring of me! Why are they recruiting asians in the first place if what they prefer is an american native writer/speaker level/standard??? The company's selection process is truly confusing and somewhat discriminating i guess. I wasted my time in this company.

I have been working for Texting Factory for over a year and I’m satisfied, I’m able to pay my own rent. They don’t work you like a slave because you work whenever you want to work. You can actually even make more the €400 in a week. They pay every Thursday. I’m fully satisfied with it but I did hear that they’ve become strict when you are applying. It’s really worth it.

I didn't even want to waste my time writing anything about this BS of a company but I wanted to share my experience and make others aware of what's going on so here goes...the day of my training I was told to do a course then screenshot the page to the coach when I was finished, I did all of that only to be told that I'm an hour and a half minutes late for training when I WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAKE A COURSE AND FINISH IT BEFORE I BEGAN TRAINING, I was like SERIOUSLY (I have to be respectful on here but that's not what I said), but anyways the coach and I agreed on a next time on the day after, that time came and I began training and I was asked some basic questions like name, email, etc., now mind you these people are in our backs saying that we have to possess perfect grammar and spelling, yet still when I had to read through the long essays that they call messages on Skype, they were filled with grammatical errors, ironic right? But I digress, the coach whose name is "Cher", when we began training I realized that I couldn't find a login page on the website so I asked her where is it that I can go to login because that's where I thought training would take place, only for this person to be saying like how I should be patient because I'm not the only person she's training and all that BS, yet still my question wasn't answered...STRIKE ONE...anyways, she went on to ask my country, as well as my name and email....AGAIN!!,when I told her this she came up with this stupid excuse about having a power outage and when the electricity is back in the next 2 hours we can continue, I was like if you didn't have any electricity, where did you get internet to Skype me? I also checked multiple times and saw that she was online throughout the 2 hours, but I gave her stupid ass the benefit of the doubt...…STRIKE TWO, anyways 2 hours passed she Skyped me back this long ass message talking about translation rules and that I should make sure that I'm not using one like why would I be using one when I'm speaking proper English like are you dumb? Anyways, I answered saying I'm not using one and she sent this other long ass message and I answered 9 questions, now this is where things went left, she sent me 3 training questions to answer and I tried answering them, this girl is gonna tell me that 2 of the 3 questions had no call for action and that they were less that 150 characters when I remember reading in the course that it should not be less than 75 CHARACTERS!!!, also LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL F IS A CALL FOR ACTION WHEN I WAS NOT TOLD WHAT THAT WAS!!!! she went on to say that the first question is not answered properly and went on to sat]y that if that's how I talk to my friends? Like how do you know how I talk to my friends? What does my friend have to do with this? Like I got no feedback just her saying that there is no call for action and it's less than 150 characters and she went on to bring my friends into this...STRIKE THREE!!! long story short I cursed her out and I blocked her, she brought out the Jamaican in me, and she met the right one that day, and that is my experience, if anybody sees this please DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

They keep on deactivating accounts for nothing at all or for minor mistakes! I had advised a few of my friends to sign up with them SAD MISTAKE ON MY PART. After they deactivated my account for a minor issue, they also deactivated THREE of my friends' accounts for minor issues as well. As for another friend that still has her account with them, they temporarily suspend her account for the DUMBEST things. Like they will be suspending her account her every 2 days and then they take ages to reactivate accounts. I think they don't want workers to make a certain amount of money or something.

Very strict company. Treats everyone like slaves! Do NOT work in this scam!

If you're in Australia, don't bother. Worked out that even if I did the 80-100 messages they say you can get to "with a bit of training", you'd only earn around $12 an hour. Our minimum wage is $20 an hour employed, so that's not even paying your own tax and retirement, sickness benefits. Awful pay for the outlay. Not worth it. Got a part time work from home phone job earning $27 an hour.

I have just come off of working with these frauds. My coach was ok and seemed perplexed at their treatment of me too. I had to tell her she was working for a totally fraudulent company in the end. But yes, all the other reviews are correct and the good reviews you can tell are poorly written and rather stiff and obvious paid reviews from staff members there. A former staff member has even come out on these boards and confirmed this. With me they wasted 3 days of my time with a ridiculously long training with tons of delays and waiting times and then they even said I got a few things wrong, yeah like what??? Anyway like other reviews here say, they want the high fliers (like me) to do a few hundred excellent replies for them to get more credits bought, give you a pittance and then contrive some fabricated reason to fire you. So they can do the same again with the next naive crop coming up. Their company seems to be registered with the Samoan commerce institute so will be alerting them too. They had the nerve to say that I wrote a comment about incest (the fabricated and insulting reason they used to fire me and block my account forever), if they had just read the bloody comment in front of them they would see that I was patently not talking about it. And I was telling a true story of a mom who caught her son watching something naughty and demanded to see it. That is what I said! So it seems truth and fact are not tolerated at this company either. Surprise! Surprise! Even when I explained this to them in detail they still had the nerve to accuse me of discussing illegal topics and then were 3 weeks late in paying you. It seems they want a few mediocre performers who do the bare minimum to stay on more consistently so they can pay them next to nothing and just keep the whole scam ticking over! Just because they sometimes pay you a pittance when it suits them does not mean it is any less of a scam. I spent hours and hours on this over days and came away with barely 20 quid. I made this in 20 minutes on another investment. Puts it in perspective. And I realised in the end too, the whole thing is scamming lonely and vulnerable men leading them on with false hope and making them think they actually have a chance with these fake women. They tell you to always "pretend" to be the woman also, so they are self confessed liars too! They made out the men knew it was entertainment or at least most of them, but this is not true, the men think it is real and you can see many conversations where the poor men are sharing intimate things and really think they are sharing a genuine relationship with these actors hiding behind fake pictures. More lies and scamming! Anyway total SCAM! Don't waste your time! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Coach Jane is a fraud. She's very incompetent and will fail you without a valid reason. You guys should fire that useless coach or else she will ruin your reputation. How can a 45minutes training take 8days? Is there even management in your company or do people just do as they please? I have been writing complaints and sending them to the training manager via email seeking assistance because your stupid coach was ignoring my messages and making me way 2days for her to review my 3 messages. I have also sent an email 2days ago after Jane failed me without giving mevalid reasons. I'm starting to think that you guys are fraudsters you just pretend to hire people so that they that hep you right your foolish messages and make you more money then you drop them.
