The website is easy to navigate. I easily found the strips I wanted to sell along with the price offering. Teststripz acknowledged the receipt of my order with pictures of the items I sent. I had accidently included two boxes of strips with expired dates, so my payout was adjusted accordingly. The transacting was completed quickly and fairly.

The company was pretty fast with my first order and my request to get paid by mail was fast as well... Didn't have to wait a week but I wish they would take supplies like lancets and alcohol wipes in a box. I know some diabetic people that have way too many and they don't want to just throw them away.

They didn’t want to buy a used pump, which is fine. I asked for them to send it back to me. I would have even paid for shipping. But I received no reply. And when I called to ask, the customer service rep was short and rude, completely unhelpful.

Hello, When we're sent used products we can sometimes donate them, but due to the nature of the products we purchase (medical supplies) there's not much we can do except discard them (see our terms and conditions). In this case, I believe we had already discarded the used pump when we received the request to return it. I do apologize for any miscommunication.
