You used to be honest, you had integrity, you were fair with pricing and your rules were acceptable and sensible. Now you are the opposite. AND your competitors are excelling in all of these areas. Responding to your reply: I did call and have a conversation with your customer support people, who called me back. Please talk to them about this exchange. Also I have been selling to you for several years and it is only in the last year or so that you have declined in service and in pricing. check your competitors as you are *not* competitive.
