Four of my last boxes were missing…
Four of my last boxes were missing their labels. I know your instructions say not to remove the labels. They came to me from the pharmacy half off and I removed them easily without any damage to the boxes. I wish there had been a note explaining that or some other comment made rather than me having to figure it out. You're probably thinking I'b pretty dumb but it would have been helpful if the check had noted the number of boxes received and the nmber that were not up to par with your instructions. Thanks.

Hi Mary, I couldn't find any orders under your name or email address. Are you sure you sent the boxes to us? We DO accept boxes with minor damage, so it may be another company. Just to be sure, you may want to look at the name of the business on the check. If it's ours it will be from Teststripz, LLC in Reading, MA. If that's the case I'd be happy to look into this further!
